LIBERTY SPORTSTM is dedicated to providing top-quality, basic firearms training to the public. All classes are designed for individuals who have very little or no experience with firearms.
All classes offered by LIBERTY SPORTSTM are based on lesson plans developed by the National Rifle Association (NRA) - the nation's largest shooting sports organization. Classes are taught by Gregory Doherty, an NRA and Massachusetts State Police Certified Firearm Instructor.
Fellow IPSC competitors - just a few of the great people that can be met through the shooting sports.
Gregory Doherty has been competing in NRA High-Power Rifle matches since 1998 and began shooting IPSC action pistol matches in 2002. Mr. Doherty holds an "Expert" classification in high-powered rifles, received his Instructor Certification in September of 2002, and has been volunteering his time to assist with firearm classes sponsored by the Gun Owners' Action League Foundation.
